Senior Account Executive
New Technologies and Associates (NTA) is looking for a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute a plan that balances both proactive and reactive lead generation. This person will collaborate with the Management Team to ensure the successful transition of all new business bookings. For qualified prospects, the Senior Account Executive must conduct a needs analysis and demonstrate the value of NTA to potential clients by addressing critical business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a new business sales quota.
- Prospect and close appropriate accounts.
- Develop and close business independently by developing interest from IT enterprises.
- Sell to senior roles within the IT organization.
- Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve quota.
- Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
- Understand the changing business and technology issues and needs that potential clients face.
- Work with research teams to better understand the value proposition for prospects.
- Develop a complete understanding of NTA's full array of product offerings, with some emphasis on custom deliverables.
Requirements:
NTA is looking for dynamic individuals with a drive to excel:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- The ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to make cold calls; an average of 40 per day.
- Five or more years of proven sales success.
- Proven experience in new business development, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- A team player.
- A fast learner who is at ease with technology.
